I wonder the same thing… In reality, some people have nothing to do with their lives and decide to kill others as a fun way to escape from reality. Shame, shame, shame. Torah is the solution to our problems. Seek the truth in it and you'll find it.

From a risk management perspective, a sentinel event of this nature is a nightmare. Someone will suffer retrenchment and this will invariably be a wake-up call for enhanced security in public places.
