Can we as Modern and Open Orthodox Jews just tell the charedi extremists, in the words of Ian Smith, “so far and no further”?>>Can we simply have the courage to say, as Barry Goldwater would have said, “with no apologies”?>>If I were the Prime Minister of Israel the only Orthodox rabbis I would allow on the Conversion Courts would be from the Datei Leumi camp. Those who refuse to support the state forfeit their rights as stakeholders.
