Home Sick

Today is the first day that I have been without pain from my carpal tunnel, my repetitive stress injury and my TMJ which for the last month has almost incapacitated me making it hard to type at all, nearly impossible to write and otherwise function normally. I have gone two days without the month of pills I have been popping…Extra-Strength Vicodin and before that Valium and in-between those Tylenol 3 (laced with Codeine of course). Now, that I’m done being a crackhead, it seems my stomach has caught up with the action on an IBS express train and I’m home sick in bed.

Have to tear myself away from my computer before the pain starts acting up. I’m going to get a computer next week that will have speaking software attached that should let me surf the net through voice recognition! Hopefully, it all works out. I’m trying to converse energy to…ooh, wash dishes by myself, maybe unpack a box or two in my new WH apartment and yes, perhaps, even grading some student work.

Miss y’all in blogosphere and at shul. Thanks, Mikasa, for forcing me to start davening a little in Hebrew and propelling my reading speed to amazing speeds.
